“The greatest gift we can offer anyone is our true presence.” – Thich Nhat Hanh

I am committed to honoring your autonomy and recognize you as the expert of your own life. My role is to serve as a compassionate partner, walking alongside you with care and understanding to support your healing journey. Drawing from psychodynamic, evolutionary, and humanistic approaches, I tailor treatment to your unique needs — whether through therapy, medication management, or a thoughtful blend of both. With experience treating conditions such as psychosis, OCD, and substance use disorders, we will collaborate to identify meaningful goals and develop holistic strategies to achieve them. My practice is built on genuine empathy, fostering a safe and welcoming space where self-compassion becomes the foundation for healing and resilience.

Your fundamental rights to life, liberty, and happiness guide my mission to make mental health care accessible and empowering. Licensed in Michigan, I accept commercial insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare to ensure care is within reach for people who want my help. I offer telehealth services with flexible evening and weekend availability to accommodate your schedule, especially if you’re balancing work, family, or other responsibilities. My goal is to create a collaborative environment where you feel empowered to explore challenges, gain insight, and grow. Together, we can work toward building a path that feels authentic and meaningful to you.
